Room was a great price and included breakfast. Everything was very clean and tidy. Our room was a little tired and worn but everything worked and the bed was comfortable. No complaints really, considering the rate we paid.
We stayed in one of the easy access rooms on the ground floor, with spacious bedroom - one double and one single bed - and enormous disabled bathroom with wet room shower with seat, wash basin and toilet, all very clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and the breakfast good.
Not the high quality I expected of the Ramada of old. A few furniture items showing signs of wear n tear, also air con faulty. That's the negatives out the way. Clean room. Good size room and large bed in this upgraded room. Good Covid19 procedures. Polite staff. Close to Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon. Near main road but I didn't hear traffic noise. Would stay again if price is competitive.
So far so good! Arrived through check in and the hotel is just for my stay, however I wanted to add and pay for the extra accommodation of my other half but the (presumably) manager at the desk said it was fine for the night! I am very appreciative of the generous and kind hospitality offered by him! On another note the hotel is very quiet, clean and spotless! Thank you very much Ramada so far!
Was here en route to my head office for training. It's got plenty of parking, & is far enough away from the motorway that it's not too noisy. The bed was a bit of a rough sleep for someone who normally sleeps on an orthopaedic mattress. Staff seemed friendly, & there is a good plug-to-mirror ratio.
Staff were very welcoming, helpful and polite. Always pleasant.
I was almost put off by some of the reviews here, but I’m glad I wasn’t because I ended up having a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent and went above and beyond, calling taxis, offering local advise and the man on late night reception even brought us cutlery and tissues when he noticed we ordered a take away in the middle of the night, we found this very thoughtful. Nice place, lovely area, ample parking and hassle free.
Lovely and clean. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite. The outside of the hotel really doesn't do it justice and I felt a paint refresh would help this. Couldn't fault my stay though! The food is fabulous too. You are given a full Indian menu and a full European menu and both have a great variety to choose from. The bar has a nice atmosphere and serves pretty much everything, the seating is comfortable too!!
